Brigada Eskwela kicks off in Bulacan

Brigada Eskwela, the annual cleanup of public schools, kicked off in the province of Bulacan on Monday, July 22, spearheaded by the Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division with the theme "Bayanihan para sa Matatag na Paaralan."

A motorcade kicked off the annual activity and was followed by a simple program at Elementary School in Barangay Tikay in the city attended by Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) Leilani S. Cunanan, Career Executive Service Officer (CESO V, and Assistant Schools Superintendent Fernandina P. Otchengco, PhD CESO VI.

Cunanan vowed to further improve the quality of education of the province's youth as mandated by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in his State of the Nation Address.

Bulacan First District Board Member Allan Andan also joined the event with the City Councilors Atty. Niño Carlo Bautista, Ega Domingo, JV Vitug III, and the village chiefs in the city.
