Taguig LGU launches e-Business Permit Licensing System


The Taguig City government announced that its Electronic Business Permit Licensing System (eBPLS) is now operational. 

Through the eBPLs, business owners can register, renew and amend their business permits by accessing the service through https://eservices.taguig.gov.ph/.

Here are the steps on how to use the eBPLS: 

For registration of new business 

Step 1: Go to https://eservices.taguig.gov.ph/ and log in to your account.

Step 2: Go to the Business Permit portal and fill out the application form. Make sure to review your answers and attachments before submitting.

Step 3: Wait for the Notice of Assessment.

Step 4: Pay the required fees via the available payment methods: Landbank and UPay Unionbank.

Step 5: Download your business permit after you are notified it is ready.

For business permit renewals

Step 1: Log in to your existing account through https://eservices.taguig.gov.ph/

Step 2: Go to the Business Permit portal and select the business you wish to renew.

Step 3: Submit the required information. Make sure to review your answers and attachments before submitting.

Step 4: Wait for the Notice of Assessment.

Step 5: Pay the required fees via the available payment methods: Landbank, and UPay Unionbank.

Step 6: Once payment is completed, download your business permit after you are notified it is ready.

For business permit amendments 

Step 1: Log in to your existing account through https://eservices.taguig.gov.ph/

Step 2: Go to the Business Permit portal and select the business you wish to make amendments to.

Step 3: Fill out the form. Make sure to review your answers before submitting.

Step 4: Pay the required fees via the available payment methods: Landbank, and UPay Unionbank.

Step 5: Once payment is completed, download your business permit after you are notified it is ready. 

Payment guide

Via Landbank 

Step 1: Log in to your existing account at https://eservices.taguig.gov.ph/. 

Step 2: View your registered business and check your transaction status.

Step 3: Once your business status shows "For Payment," navigate to the Bill Information section and review your billing details. 

Step 4: Verify your billing information before proceeding to pay. 

Step 5: Choose Landbank as your payment channel. 

Step 6: Check that the payment information reflects the correct information. After payment, wait for the Acknowledgment Receipt confirming payment.

Step 7: Following payment, download your business permit after being notified that it is ready.

Via Upay

Step 1: Log in to your existing account at https://eservices.taguig.gov.ph/. 

Step 2: View your registered business and check your transaction status.

Step 3: Once your business status shows "For Payment," navigate to the Bill Information section and review your billing details.

Step 5: Select UPAY Unionbank as your payment channel.
