In order to ensure the safety of the students, all public daycare centers in the city will hold online classes.

For public school students, from Kindergarten to Grade 12 or Senior High School (SHS),  their classes will be face-to-face and modular from April 3 to 30.

For kindergarten to SHS students who are currently enrolled in morning sessions, they will have their face-to-face classes every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., while their modular classes will be every Thursday and Friday.

For the afternoon session, their face-to-face classes will start every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 5:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., while their modular classes will be every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Meanwhile, for all kindergarten to SHS students in private school, their face-to-face classes will start at 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. from Mondays to Fridays.

However, it was noted that the schedule will not be followed for the National Achievement Test (NAT), which will be conducted on Thursday, April 4.

On April 8 to 30, all students from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela and Valenzuela City Technological College will have their face-to-face classes at 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and to be continued online from 11 a.m.

It was also noted that the change of class schedules for private colleges and universities depends on their administrators.

For more safe face-to-face classes, the city said that students can wear comfortable clothes but they are reminded to still wear their IDs as mandated.
