Hann Reserve, developed by Hann Development Corporation is set to become the biggest ultra-luxe integrated golf resort in the country.

These will be designed by KJ Choi, Nicklaus Design, and Nick Faldo. The courses will also have state-of-the-art player development facilities designed to cater to both avid golfers and leisure seekers alike.

The resort also has a lineup of luxury accommodations, some entering the Philippine market for the first time. These include Banyan Tree, Sofitel and Emblems under Accor; The Luxury Collection and The Westin under Marriott International.

Additionally, Hann Reserve will offer premium villas and luxury residences, complemented by establishments such as premier commercial and luxury retail, clubhouses, an international school and convention facilities.

Hann Reserve is also developing with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) a public park spanning 10 hectares with interactive themes.

HHI President and CEO Dae Sik Han, who envisioned all these, said that "with Hann Reserve, we embark on yet another visionary project. Partnering with industry giants like Accor, Marriott International, and the PGA, and with the steadfast support of PAGCOR, BCDA, CDC, and local government units, we aim to create an unparalleled experience for golf enthusiasts, families, and discerning travelers."

The first phase of this luxury eco-sanctuary project is already underway, with site preparation and infrastructure development in full swing. It will introduce the award-winning Banyan Tree luxury hotel and residences, along with a spectacular 18-hole mountain golf course crafted by Nicklaus Design.

Completion of the first phase is projected by 2026, marking the beginning of a new era in leisure and hospitality in the Philippines.

Through its corporate responsibility arm, Hann Foundation Inc. (HFI), Hann Resorts also extends its legacy beyond business success to social development.

Under its Education pillar, it aims to encourage students in courses like engineering and hospitality by providing tailored training programs and bridging the gap between education and employment.

Meanwhile, under a sponsorship of P3.5 million, Hann Foundation built the TCLASS Construction Skills Laboratory in Tarlac —a state-of-the-art workshop where student-scholars can enhance their learning through actual application of their skills.

Inaugurated in 2023, the laboratory workshop provides the necessary equipment and materials for more effective learning and selected scholarships for deserving but marginalized students.

The Hann Reserve development also champions sustainability and eco-tourism through green architecture and local ingenuity. Every detail of the luxury property is designed to harmonize with the natural landscape, emphasizing efficient land development and waste management practices.

From a current workforce of 4,000-4,500 individuals, Hann Resorts anticipates significant growth to 20,000 to 30,000 employees with the upcoming Hann Reserve.

Partnering with the BCDA, Hann Reserve prioritizes the inclusion of local talent and indigenous communities, ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship from construction to ongoing operations.

Through its developments: Hann Casino Resort, the ultimate luxury playground in Clark; and Hann Reserve, the soon-to-rise luxury eco-sanctuary in New Clark City, Hann aims to position the Philippines prominently on the global tourism map in terms of hospitality and leisure, solidifying its position as a trailblazer in the industry.
