Dubbed Dugtong-Buhay 2024 Caravan, the blood donation drive collected a total of 40 blood units.

Earlier this year, the two organizations conducted a similar activity at the PRC national headquarters in Manila. The co-organized blood donation activities are a testament to the PRC and RMN Foundation's commitment to serving the public together.

Dr. Rene Bagamasbad, Laguna Provincial Health Officer, thanked the PRC and RMN for their initiative. He said that the PRC and its two blood banks in the province significantly contributed to Laguna meeting the minimum target of one percent of its population voluntarily donating blood, fulfilling the most basic requirements for blood.

PRC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard "Dick" Gordon thanked the blood donors.

"Your contribution means a lot in our drive to make blood available everywhere across the Philippines, especially for those in need, helping us pave the way for a universal access to safe blood supply."

Present in the initiative were PRC Laguna Chapter Chief Administrator Frank Gray Sorromero, RMN Foundation's Corporate Social Responsibility Officer Patrick Aurelio, and Municipal Administrator Carlos Miguel Cosico.
