Weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said on PAGASA's 4 a.m. live broadcast that the country will experience cold weather as amihan strengthens.

The amihan will cause cloudy skies and light rains in Quezon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Oriental.

It is also expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated light rains to Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
