The exam, given by the Board of Real Estate Service, was held in Metro Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, and Tacloban.

PRC said the board passers can register online for their Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration (COR) from Oct. 23 to 24.

In addition, PRC noted that registrants must submit an original copy of the Surety Bond for three years (with a certificate of good standing from the Insurance Commission), with a minimum amount of P20,000, naming the PRC as the Obligee.

For government employees, no Surety Bond is required.

However, they should submit a notarized original Certificate of Employment (COE) "showing that such appraiser license is an eligibility requirement of his/her employment from their respective offices."
