KRUMP is an emerging street dance style in the Philippines, founded in Los Angeles in the early
2000s by Tight Eyez and Big Mijo. It is a freestyle dance characterized by high energy movements and aggressive theatrical motions.

Developed as a way to shelter the youth from gangs and gang-related violence, KRUMP, as an expressive outlet for feelings and energy, has now saved multitudes of Filipinos today from gang culture and other dangerous activities.
