In-person oathtaking of new nurses set — PRC

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday, Aug. 3 announced the date and venue of the mass oathtaking for new nurses this month.

Lucena City will be hosting the face-to-face oathtaking of new nurses at 8 a.m. on Aug. 7.

As the mass oathtaking will be face-to-face, participants are required to bring either a vaccination card or negative RT-PCR results performed 48 hours before the ceremony.

PRC said inductees must register through its official website before noon prior to the day of the ceremony.

At the same time, attendees are asked to bring their oath forms with the generated QR code to be submitted during the event to confirm their attendance.

Meanwhile, those unable to attend may request a special appointment or join the online ceremony, which will be announced once the schedule has been confirmed.

Moreover, PRC encouraged licensure passers to confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their examination.

Inductees may proceed with their initial registration by securing an online appointment at the official website of the PRC right after the ceremony. (Sonny Daanoy)
