Las Piñas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar commended the Las Piñas Federation of Motorized Tricycle for Hire, Inc. on the crucial role played by tricycle operators in the city's transportation system. 
 
Aguilar commended the group during the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected officer held at the Mayor’s Office on July 4.
 
The oath-taking of newly elected officers of the Las Piñas Federation of Motorized Tricycle for Hire, Inc. marked a milestone for the federation, which represents the tricycle-for-hire operators in the city.
 
Aguilar said it underscored the city's commitment to building a vibrant and inclusive transportation system that caters to the needs of its residents while ensuring the welfare and professionalism of tricycle operators.
