Las Piñas Mayor Aguilar commends city's tricycle operators

Las Piñas City Mayor Imelda Aguilar commended the Las Piñas Federation of Motorized Tricycle for Hire, Inc. on the crucial role played by tricycle operators in the city's transportation system.    Aguilar commended the group during the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected officer held at the Mayor’s Office on July 4.   The oath-taking of newly elected officers of the Las Piñas Federation of Motorized Tricycle for Hire, Inc. marked a milestone for the federation, which represents the tricycle-for-hire operators in the city.   Aguilar said it underscored the city's commitment to building a vibrant and inclusive transportation system that caters to the needs of its residents while ensuring the welfare and professionalism of tricycle operators.   Aguilar and Vice Mayor April Aguilar extended their congratulations to the newly sworn-in officers and expressed their confidence in the federation's leadership and reiterated their commitment to working closely with the tricycle sector to address challenges and explore opportunities for growth.   Aguilar emphasized the significance of unity and collaboration among stakeholders to foster progress and address the evolving needs of the community.   Vice Mayor April, for her part, expressed appreciation for the dedication and commitment of the tricycle operators in serving the residents of Las Piñas.    She highlighted the importance of the officers' roles in advocating for the welfare of their members and ensuring the provision of reliable and efficient tricycle services throughout the city.
