Queen of Pop Madonna was rushed to the hospital after she was found unresponsive in New York City last Saturday, according to multiple reports in US media.

On Thursday, June 29, Guy Oseary, manager of Madonna, revealed in an Instagram post that Madonna remains "under medical care."

Oseary said the 64-year-old "Material Girl" had to postpone her commitments, including her much anticipated 40th-anniversary tour, after she was found suffering from a serious bacterial infection.

Madonna is expected to make a "full recovery," her manager said.
