There was no damage monitored in airports within the areas in Luzon that were affected by the 6.3 magnitude quake in Batangas, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) said on Thursday, June 15.
Among those inspected were the San Jose and Calapan airports, Jomalig Airport, Lubang Airport, Mamburao Airport, Pinamalayan Airport, Sangley Airport and Subic Airport.
The CAAP, however, said that they remain on standby for precautionary measures especially that seismologists warned of aftershocks.
