In a letter sent to the Manila Bulletin, a certain Chloe Chou, who introduced herself as the wife of 37-year-old Yang Dengke, appealed for help so she could find her Chinese husband.

Chou said that Yang is one of the four passengers of M/Y Dream Keeper who went missing when the dive yacht sank due to a squall in Tubbataha last April 30.

“Please help us look for the body of Yang Dengke and as a reward, we are willing to give P5,000,000 [to] whoever can help us find or give any information,” Chou said in her letter dated May 3.

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) told the Manila Bulletin on Friday, May 4, that search and rescue (SAR) operations were still on-going to find the four missing passengers of M/Y Dream Keeper.

The PCG is leading the SAR operations along with the Western Command (WesCom) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).

M/Y Dream Keeper was carrying 32 passengers and crew members when it capsized off Tubbataha, Palawan on April 30. The passengers were supposed to go diving when the incident occurred.

Twenty-eight individuals had been rescued so far including four Chinese while four others remained missing.

The PCG earlier said that the missing individuals include the owner of the yacht, a dive master, and two passengers.
