TUGUEGARAO City, Cagayan – Typhoon “Goring” has displaced around 450 families or 1,473 individuals in this province.

The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office said affected families were from Gonzaga, Lal-lo, Santa Ana, Gattaran, Baggao, and Santa Teresita.
It said that 141 families or 388 individuals moved to evacuation centers while others sought shelter with relatives.
In Santo Nino, the Abariongan Ruar-Abariongan Uneg Road, Tammuco-Balagan-Abaruangan Ruar Road, and Tamban Bridge are impassable due to Goring.
