Parañaque LGU inaugurates new police sub-station, TODA facility


Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez led the ribbon cutting ceremony for the inauguration of the new Police Community Precinct 4 and the tricycle operators and drivers association (TODA) facility in United Parañaque Subdivision (UPS)-5 in Barangay San Isidro on Friday, May 12.

Olivarez said the facility of the United Parañaque TODA is located besides the new police sub-station.

The mayor was joined by District Representative Edwin Olivarez, City Police Chief Col. Renato Ocampo and city government department heads..

Olivarez said Monsignor Mario Martinez of Our Lady of Unity Parish presided over the blessing of the two new facilities.

He said the police sub-station will serve as a temporary holding facility for violators arrested by the police.

The mayor added that the sub-station will be a big help to maintain peace and order in UPS 5 and other surrounding areas.

Olivarez said the new police sub-station will add to the eight existing police precincts around the city.
