Reigning Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel wowed pageant fans when she attended the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Fashion and Charity Gala at the Grand Ballroom of Okada Manila in Paranaque City Wednesday night.

Gabriel arrived in Manila three days before the grand coronation of the 2023 Miss Universe Philippines beauty pageant where she will be one of the special guests.

In a sleek and simple updo, the Filipino-American beauty queen dazzled in a terno designed by Mark Bumgarner.
