Agricultural produce from Bulacan and Benguet will be offered at the Kadiwa Mobile Palengke

The Parañaque City government has announced that the "Kadiwa Mobile Palengke" will be at the City Hall grounds every Friday to offer reasonably priced agricultural produce to city residents.

The Kadiwa Mobile Palengke is a project of the Consumer Welfare Office in coordination with the city government and the Department of Agriculture (DA).

The palengke aims to help visitors and government employees to buy cheaper agricultural products like fruits and vegetables harvested from the farms in Benguet and Bulacan. Farmers from Region 4-A will also sell olmetie lettuce which is a high quality looseleaf Batavia lettuce that grows really well in tropical conditions.

According to Mayor Eric Olivarez, the mobile palengke will also go around the city.

Every Monday, the mobile palengke will sell farm-produced products at Taya Garden in Barangay Merville and Bricktown 3 in Barangay Moonwalk.

On Tuesdays, it will be at Editorial Lane, Area 6 Fourth Estate Subdivision in Barangay San Antonio, El Dorado in Barantay Don Bosco. On Wednesdays, the mobile palengke will be at Fountain Breeze in Barangay San Isidro and Airport Village in Barangay Moonwalk.

Residents of Barangay Don Bosco and Fountain Breeze in Barangay San Isidro can buy from the palengke every Saturday. It will be stationed at Petron Station in Doña Soledad Avenue, Barangay Don Bosco, and Camella Homes Classic in  Barangay San Antonio on Sundays.
