Gab Valenciano penned a heartwarming message for parents Gary and Angeli recently.
He did so after he left for the US.
He said that being away from his family is never easy.
"Parting ways with loved ones, especially these two who have been my main pillars of strength, wisdom, encouragement and inspiration, will never not be painful," was how he put it.
Though, he reiterated he isn't saying goodbye.
"Instead, a very hopeful and exciting ‘see you later,’" he declared.
Gab related how "grateful" he is to have been "blessed" with such parents.
"That in itself is how I define my joy and happiness. That it itself is how I describe my fulfillment and success," he maintained.
If ever, he hopes that one day he will be able to make his parents "proud" by fulfilling his greatest hopes and dreams and helping as many people as he can in the process.
"I love you so much, mama and papa. May the Lord continue to bless you many times over, above and beyond your wildest dreams," he ended his post.
Recall that a few weeks ago when Gab bid the Philippines adieu.

"A new season, a new chapter, a new step. Many years in the making and finally, here we are. I am back in LA for good and ready for what’s to come. My heart is full and overflowing with excitement and gratitude!!," he said then.
Later, Gab expressed that he is exactly where he needed to be.
"At peace, locked in and purposeful," he said along with the behind-the-scenes pictures of him abroad.
