The Pasay City government urged residents to continue practicing the EMI (Ensure to always wash your hands, Mask is a must, Implement physical distancing) habit after Metro Manila was placed under Alert Level I against Covid-19.

The Pasay Public Information Office (PIO) said Metro Manila was placed under Alert Level I by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF-EID) from the period April 15-30.

The city government reported a total 17 active cases of Covid-19 on April 22 compared to eight active cases on April 15, or an increase of 9.

To avoid the spread of Covid-19 and other infectious disease, the city government urged residents to strictly observe the EMI habit

Alert Level 1 is the lowest and has the least number of restrictions against Covid-19.
