Le Sserafim, composed of Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae, achieved a career high of 1.03 million copies in pre-orders for “Unforgiven” within the first week of reservation.

“Unforgiven” consists of a total of 13 tracks. Along with the tracks from last year’s mini-album, the album includes seven brand new songs.

As track samplers released this week teased, the new tracks connect organically to convey a unified message of the lead single “Unforgiven (feat. Nile Rodgers),” which shares its name with the album itself.

With the support of funk rhythmic guitar riffs by the legendary, iconic guitarist and producer Rodgers on top of the track sampling the main theme song from the film “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” (1966), the lead single makes a bold statement of Le Sserafim’s confidence in standing against the world’s judgment and prejudice.

Another track, “Between you, me and the lamppost,” also piqued interest as all five members of the Le Sserafim contributed to writing the lyrics.

Huh Yunjin is also listed as one of the producers alongside the producer duo 13 and the Korean singer-songwriter Jukjae.
