Cebu 5th district Rep. Vincent Franco "Duke" Frasco and his wife, Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Christina Frasco couldn't help but feel like newlyweds all over again.

This, after Mr. and Mrs. Frasco attended the recent Gugma Mass Wedding wherein some 62 couples tied the knot.

"In our GUGMA MASS WEDDING, we personally sponsored all their requirements for their Church Wedding, we treated the couples and their families to a lunch reception, and gave appliances and a ₱5,000 cash gift for each couple to help usher in the start of a new chapter and the continuation of a lifetime of love!" Rep. Frasco wrote in a Facebook post Monday, April 17.

The congressman also uploaded several photos of the mass wedding.

"My beautiful wife of 14 years, Sec. @christinafrasco , also joined us. Feeling newlyweds sad mi! 🥰❤️" he added.

He further said that some of the couples that participated in the event had been together for years; and some, for decades.

"One couple had been together for 33 years, but had not had the chance to have a wedding ceremony befitting such a milestone in their lives," he said.

Rep. Frasco is a deputy speaker in the House of Representatives in the current 19th Congress.
