Police seized over P3-million worth of suspected shabu from two suspected drug pushers in a buy-bust operation in Antipolo City early Monday morning, March 27.
Antipolo City Police Station chief Col. June Paolo Abrazado told Manila Bulletin that five transparent plastic packs containing 500 grams of suspected shabu were confiscated from suspects Frenlie Paolo Valledor and Ailyn Daep, both tagged as high-value individuals.
Police said the suspects were arrested after they were caught in the act of selling a sachet of shabu to a poseur-buyer around 4:41 a.m. at Sitio Milagros, Barangay Dalig, Antipolo City, on March 27.
Recovered from the suspects were five pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu, and another five packs of the illegal drug, all estimated to be worth P3,400,000.
Both suspects were confined at the Antipolo Police Station’s detention facility pending the filing of charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
