The Cagayan State University (CSU) - Andrews Campus was hailed as the top-performing school for the February 2023 Respiratory Therapists Licensure Examination after garnering a 100 percent overall passing rate.
All 133 examinees from the university passed the exam, said the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, Feb. 8.
Meanwhile, Prince Joshua Guzman Carag and Hiyasmin Cortez Ramos from CSU - Andrews Campus, Elaine Fleur Usman Fino from Emilio Aguinaldo College - Dasmariñas, Shaira Lynneth Ludovice from University of Perpetual Help System - Laguna, and Michael Josef Maglantay Ramos from the University of Batangas were the licensure exam's top notchers with 90.75 percent rating.
In the advisory, PRC announced that 955 out of 1,345 examinees successfully passed the board exams given by the Board of Respiratory Therapy in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, and Zamboanga last Feb. 5 and 6.
The date and venue of the oath-taking ceremony are yet to be announced by the commission.
"On March 6 - 10 and March 13 - 16, 2023, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals," PRC added.
