Anne was careful to avoid showing any favoritism towards her endorsers.

Anne Barretto, CEO of Hey Pretty Aesthetics, announced that more celebrities have been lined up to endorse the popular skin center in 2024.
"Meron na po akong mga naka-lineup for 2024. Secret po muna. May nga kino-consider din akong mga beauty queen pero this time, more on TikTok influencers," said Anne, during the back-to-back anniversary celebrations for "Hey Pretty Aesthetics" held at Luxent Hotel in Quezon City recently.
(I already have a lineup for 2024. It's a secret for now. I'm also considering some beauty queens, but this time, I'm more interested in TikTok influencers.)
In 2023, Hey Pretty was endorsed by celebrities Beauty Gonzalez, Dennis Trillo, and Zeinab Harake. "Kung magdadagdag po ako ng endorsers gusto ko rin younger ones para maka-relate yung mga Gen Z. Mas marami ang TikTok influencers this time."
(If I add endorsers, I want younger ones so the Gen Zs can relate. There are more TikTok influencers this time.)
Anne said some talent managers have approached her to promote their talents. "Tinitignan ko talaga muna kung paano sila makakatulong sa Hey Pretty." (I'm really looking at how they can help Hey Pretty first.)
On the possibility of hiring foreign endorsers, she said: "Siguro someday pero hindi po muna ngayon."
Anne was careful to avoid showing any favoritism towards her endorsers.
"Lahat naman po sila nagpe-perform ng magaganda kaya wala po akong favoritism. Lahat po sila ay special sa akin. I treat them equal," she said. (They all perform beautifully so I have no favoritism. They are all special to me. I treat them equally.)
The hardworking founder of Hey Pretty Aesthetics shared her opinion on celebrities who don't stay loyal to the brand they endorse.
"I make sure naka-kontrata po sila sa akin para po hindi ma-confuse yung mga tao. Like si Beauty, I introduced to her my products and nagustuhan naman niya. Kaya wala pa namang ganun issue sa amin," she said.
(I make sure they have a contract with me so that people don't get confused. Beauty likes it. I introduced my products to her, and she liked them. So there is no such issue with us yet.)
Anne, 32, was asked if she was ready to showcase her wealth on social media like other CEOs.
"Parang hindi ko po yata gagawin yun although yung iba ganun ang nakikita nila. Parang hindi po ganun ang personality ko. Baka ipakita ko na lang sa kanila ay kung paano ako tumulong sa kanila or paano ko sila ma-touch. Siguro in a different way. Okay naman siguro yun ang ginagawa nila pero depende kasi talaga sa personality ng tao. Hindi ko po talaga personality ang ganun. I respect them kung ganun talaga ang way to introduce ang sarili nila," she said.
(I don't think I will do that even though others see it that way. It doesn't seem like my personality. Maybe I should just show them how I can help them or how I can touch them. Maybe in a different way. Maybe that's what they're doing, but it really depends on the person's personality. That's not really my personality. I respect them if that's the way they introduce themselves.)
Anne said she's satisfied with the achievements of Hey Pretty Aesthetics in 2023.
"The last time nagpa-interview ako 20 branches pa lang ang 'Hey Pretty.' In 2024, balak ko po na magkaroon n 50 to 100 branches nationwide. Before mga stand-alone lang ang outlets ko pero ngayon nililigawan na po ako ng ibang establishments para maglease sa lugar nila."
(The last time I did an interview, Hey Pretty only had 20 branches. In 2024, I plan to have 50 to 100 branches nationwide. Before, my outlets were only stand-alone, but now I am being courted by other establishments to lease their place.)
On her Christmas wish, Anne said: "Sana magkaroon kami ng maraming branches sa Visayas at Mindanao. Isa po talaga yun sa goal ko."
Anne emphasized to the public that it is not necessary to spend a lot of money to look beautiful.
"Hindi mahal ang magpaganda. We make sure affordable and flexible ang pagpapaganda para sa lahat."
