“We have already strengthened our cybersecurity controls internally by constantly upgrading the security measures of our digital banking platforms and added new members in our team to fortify our fraud management policies and processes. Our partnership with Scam Watch Pilipinas and CICC this Holiday season will cover the needs of our customers not only with education on scam prevention but also a channel where can they report incidents of online scams especially this Christmas season.,” Tinio said.

“We are urging our customers to report online scams to Hotline 1326 especially this Holiday Season,” Tinio added.
