15 outstanding PRO-13 personnel feted

CAMP RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – Fifteen Police Regional Office-13 personnel were awarded on Monday, November 6, for their accomplishments.

The Medalya ng Kagalingan was bestowed on four personnel of the San Francisco, Surigao del Sur Municipal Police Station headed by Police Lt. Col. Nathaniel P. Agatep for the arrest of a rebellion suspect in Barangay Tambis, Barobo, Surigao del Sur on September 26.

Ten personnel of Lianga, Surigao del Sur MPS led by Police Lt. Jonathan T. Bernadez received the Medalya ng Kagalingan for the arrest of New People’s Army rebel with a warrant of arrest for rebellion in Barangay Poblacion, Lianga, Surigao del Sur on October 2.

The Medalya ng Papuri was given to Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP) Rodrigo T. Angob Jr. for demonstrating efficiency, loyalty, and dedication in his more than eight years of service as crime registrar and leave in-charge at the Surigao del Norte Police Provincial Office.

PRO-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Kirby John B. Kraft commended the awardees for their performance in the line of duty.

"May these awards boost the morale and encourage our PNP personnel to continue performing at their best,” he said. “It is one way of acknowledging their hard work and dedication displayed in the performance of duties."

National Police Commission-13 Director Johnson G. Reyes, guest of honor and speaker, awarded the recipients.
