ACT-CIS Party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo might have been designated deputy majority leader for communications. but he still acknowledges that he is a rookie in the league of Philippine legislators.

That's why Tulfo took it upon himself to attend the latest round of the House of Representatives' executive course on legislation, which is held for the benefit of neophyte solons.

"Aral-aral muna para di magmukhang ewan 🙂….  (Studying makes one not look like a fool)," the former Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) secretary-turned-congressman wrote tongue-in-cheek in a Facebook post Thursday, Nov. 16.

"Salamat po sa mga resource persons (Thank you to the resource persons)," added Tulfo, who is also a popular broadcast journalist.

His Facebook upload came with photos of him intently listening to the resource speakers.

Tulfo wasn't a House member yet when the first series of executive course on legislation was held last year at the start of the 19th Congress.
