The Miss Universe Organization announced on Friday, Nov. 17, that it will provide full refunds to customers who purchased virtual tickets for the Preliminary and tonight’s National Costume Competitions.

This after the pageant's official streaming platform, Live Bash, experienced technical difficulties while airing the 72nd Miss Universe preliminaries on Thursday, Nov. 16.

"Unfortunately, last night, your incredible passion…broke the internet. Or at least the Live Bash stream, which experienced unexpected technical difficulties from all the traffic," the statement read. "We are so sorry if you faced frustration or confusion trying to watch the Preliminary Competition."

The MUO said pageant fans can watch the National Costume Show for free on the pageant's official YouTube channel.

"LiveBash is providing full refunds to all customers who purchased virtual tickets for the Preliminary Competition and tonight’s National Costume Competition. No further action is required on your part. Your refund will be processed within approximately 5-10 business days.

"For those who previously purchased tickets and are interested in getting a rewatchable digital collectible of the show from Live Bash, claim yours for free by filling out this form or emailing [email protected]."
