It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at SM Supermalls

It’s often said that the Christmas season starts early in the Philippines—kicking it off as early as mid-September, a significant 100 days before Dec. 25, 2023. Chalk this up to the irrepressible nature of the Filipinos to party, enjoy, and celebrate. Social media posts featuring Jose Mari Chan are the first telltale signs that the Christmas flurry is about to start, and SM Supermalls has always joined the nation by bringing Yuletide holiday cheer to the forefront of its activities.

On the occasion of SM’s 65th-anniversary, the different SM Supermalls went all out in creating their own Christmas tree-lighting events, and the month of October saw several of these happening all over the country. Here in Metro Manila, SM Supermalls made sure the guests, the crowd, and the mall-goers at any mall’s particular evening of tree-lighting were treated to a wonderful and entertaining display of anticipated Christmas joy.

We may still be in November; but over at SM Supermalls, the Christmas holiday season has begun in earnest; and shoppers were all excited to point out to their children what was installed, hanging from the rafters, and festooned along the common areas. It’s a cheery Christmas note that SM Supermalls are ready to sing out for their respective communities.
