ZAMBOANGA CITY – The annual Cosechas de Zamboanga agricultural trade fair kicked on Monday, October 2, in Plaza Pershing here.
Forty exhibitors, the biggest number so far since the fair started, showcased agricultural crops, ornamental plants, herbs, fruits and vegetables, and fisheries products.
City Mayor John Dalipe, in his message, vowed to prioritize the agricultural sector in line with his administration’s program on food security.
The Cosechas de Zamboanga is held in line with the Zamboanga Hermosa Festival.
The fair ends on October 15.
