At 46, award-winning actor Piolo Pascual is frequently questioned about his plans for getting married.

During a recent media conference at Newport World Resorts, Piolo was once again asked about his love life while promoting his upcoming horror film "Mallari."

“I guess, in time. Siguro kapag tuli na ako. (LOL) Joke lang! Siguro kapag malaki na po ako. Now kasi bata pa ko e,” laughed Piolo when he answered a question about getting married. “Most promising ako, ‘di ba sa showbiz? Ang dami ko kasing labada, e. Wala pa talaga akong time para diyan."

Piolo got serious: “There’s always a time for it. But for now, at my age, I’m not in any rush. I have a 26-year-old kid and I have this beautiful platform where I can practice my passion.

“And if it comes when it comes, you know, I hope I’m ready. I hope she’s ready and I hope the whole world is ready," the hunk actor said.

Currently, Piolo is linked to actress Shaina Magdayao, whom he considers one of his sources of inspiration, aside from the Lord and his family.

"Mallari," Piolo's first horror film in 29 years, is one of 10 official entries to the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival. 

Piolo said he is excited to join the MMFF Parade of Stars in December. The movie will be shown on Christmas Day.
