Jerrick Balanza and import Thomas Vodanovich starred for the FiberXers as the team looked ready for the PBA Season 48 joust after coming out unscathed in the four-team tilt with a 3-0 record.

Balanza and Vodanovich shared the scoring honors with 18 apiece with the former firing away five triples while the latter adding 17 boards to his name.

Prized rookie addition Deschon Winston also continued to impress with 17 points and six rebounds while Alec Stockton added 13 points, seven rebounds and five assists.

Javee Mocon paced the Fuel Masters with 13 points while import Jonathan Williams had 12 points and seven rebounds in just 17 minutes of play. Ken Tuffin finished with 11 while fellow rookie Ricci Rivero didn’t see action.

Blackwater, on the other hand, finished second in the pocket tourney with a 2-1 record after clobbering the import-less Rain or Shine, 102-87.

Without his Elasto Painters counterpart, Bossing reinforcement Chris Ortiz threw his weight around inside the paint to finish with 21 points and eight rebounds. Jvee Casio and Troy Rosario added 11 apiece.

Santi Santillan and Jhonard Clarito paced the Elasto Painters, who finished the tournament with a 1-2 record, with 17 apiece.
