An unidentified woman was killed in a hit-and-run incident in Sampaloc, Manila on Sunday, Oct. 15.
The Manila Police District (MPD) said the victim was around 35 to 40 years old, 57 centimeters in height, and was wearing a white shirt and red short pants.
According to the police report, the policemen on duty received a call about a woman who was shot dead at Mabini Bridge at around 3:30 a.m.
However, when the responding authorities came, they found out that the victim was not shot but was run over by an alleged four-wheel vehicle.
Investigators said the body of the victim had tire marks and was lying on the northbound lane of the Mabini Bridge.
The victim's body was brought to the Body and Light funeral parlor for autopsy.
