This prestigious award, presented by Property Report by PropertyGuru, solidifies Soberano's legacy as a master real estate developer who has made a significant impact in the Philippine property industry.
The company has also garnered multiple awards during the PropertyGuru Awards, including Best Developer in Mindanao. In the past editions, CLI was named Best Developer in the Philippines in 2021, and Best Developer in Visayas and Mindanao in back-to-back years. Additionally, CLI recently received the Community Initiative Award from the Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards (ACES 2023), acknowledging its commitment to sustainability and community building.
The company also earned the 2-Golden Arrow Recognition given by ICD to top Philippine Philippine publicly listed companies and insurance companies in corporate governance, based on the 2022 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) and Corporate Governance Scorecard (CGS) Assessment Results, respectively.
