LTO taps messaging app for road safety, car registration and licensing info

The Land Transportation Office-National Capital Region West (LTO-NCR-West) has utilized a popular messaging up to expand its information dissemination on road safety and vehicle registration.

In a statement, LTO-NCR-West Director Roque I. Verzosa said its Viber community will also provide information on road safety tips, frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the registration of vehicles, and the processing of driver's license applications.

He said it will also provide updates on their office's various plans and programs through the messaging platform.

"Aside from our Facebook page, we are likewise now on Viber to provide the public with information they need related to LTO-NCR-West," Verzosa said.

"Through our Viber community, information dissemination will be facilitated which is beneficial to the motorists," he added.

Verzosa said one has to simply scan the QR Code or click/cut and paste the link below to join the LTO-NCR-West Viber Channel:
