The Las Piñas local government opened on Tuesday, Sept. 19, a new seven-storey multipurpose building that will improve local governance and public services by providing modern and spacious facilities for key government offices.

Vice Mayor April Aguilar said the new building, located at the Las Piñas City Hall compound, was turned over by former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Senator Mark Villar.
She thanked Villar for the added infrastructure in their city which she said will help government offices reinforce the city government’s commitment to growth and development, and deliver better services to the people.
The vice mayor personally received the symbolic key from Villar during the inauguration.
