The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Tuesday, Sept. 19, that 615 out of 1,841 examinees passed the September 2023 agricultural and biosystems engineer licensure examination.
Lee Henry David Castro of Bataan Peninsula State University- Abucay topped the board examination, which was held from Sept. 14 to 15.
Trixie Anne Sison Teodoro (82.70 percent) of the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UP-Los Baños) came in second, followed by Jesriel Cuba Casinillo of Visayas State University- Baybay and Mica Ramos Mandia of UP-Los Baños in third spot.

The examination took place in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Rosales, Tacloban and Tuguegarao.
It was facilitated by the Board of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering headed by its chairman, Ariodear C. Rico and members Sherwin O. Valdez and Caesar Joventino M. Tado.
PRC said passers may register online for their Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration from Oct. 25 to 27.
Passers can view the instructions for registration at prc.gov.ph.
Furthermore, the requirements for registration include a downloaded duly accomplished oath form or "Panunumpa ng Propesyonal," notice of admission, two pieces of passport-sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps, and a short brown envelope.
PRC said the date and venue of the librarian inductees' oathtaking will be announced soon.
