4th most wanted man in Bulacan, 12 others arrested


A 45-year-old man tagged as the fourth most wanted in the province of Bulacan and the top two in the municipal level was arrested by Central Luzon police on Tuesday, Sept. 5, in Barangay Ibayo, Marilao town. 

In a report that reached the office of Col. Relly B. Arnedo, Bulacan police director, the suspect was identified as Ryan Cepal Alegre, from Barangay Libtong, City of Meycauayan.

Marilao police said Alegre was arrested for possession of illegal drugs in accordance with Republic Act No. 9165 or the "Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002." 

The warrant for his arrest was issued by Judge Felizardo Soriano Montero Jr., Presiding Judge of Region Trial Court Branch 11, Malolos City, Bulacan, dated May 23, 2023. 

The warrant specified a bail recommendation of P200,000. The accused is presently under the custody of the arresting station for proper disposition.

Meanwhile, a series of manhunt operations conducted by the joint operatives of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB) 3, San Jose Del Monte City police, San Miguel, Santa Maria, Plaridel, Marilao, Bustos and Meycauayan police resulted in the arrest of 12 wanted persons. 

Warrants of arrest were served to all the suspects, whom are presently under the custody of the arresting unit or station for proper disposition.
