A total of 19 artists will perform at the 2023 World Scout Jamboree's “K-Pop Super Live” concert on Aug. 11 at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.

The 2023 Saemangeum World Scout Jamboree Organizing Committee and Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) announced the lineup for the concert, which will be held as part of the jamboree.

One of the artists will be K-pop girl group IVE, which kept their promise to perform before the scouts.

We applaud IVE's voluntary adjustment of their schedule to honor their commitment to the performance on the 6th, by deciding to participate in the K-Pop Super Live concert in Seoul. With the inclusion of the top idol group IVE in the lineup, we anticipate that the Saemangeum Scout Jamboree will conclude with the brilliant charm of K-pop," said MCST Minister Park Bo Gyoon.

Besides IVE, the concert will feature NewJeans, NCT Dream, ITZY, Mamamoo, The Boyz, Shownu X Hyungwon, Fromis 9, ZeroBaseOne, Kang Daniel, Kwon Eun-bi, Jo Yuri, P1Harmony, Kard, The New Six, ATBO, Xikers, Holybang and Libelante.

The concert will be performed in front of an estimated 40,000 scouts from more than 150 countries. It will be held as typhoon Khanun batters South Korea.

In a statement, Kang Jung-won, spokesperson for MCST, said, “Firstly, participants will be safely guided from their accommodations to the stadium via over a thousand buses, with designated guides accompanying each bus.”

“Adhering to a meticulous schedule, participants will enter the venue sequentially between 14:00 and 17:30, ensuring managed crowd flow and minimizing congestion. After a 30-minute closing ceremony at 17:30, the K-pop Super Live concert is scheduled to take place from 19:00 to 21:00,” he said.

The spokesperson added, “The seating arrangement comprises 37,000 seats in the stands and an additional 6,000 ground-level seats, totaling 43,000 seats. Seat placements and entry/exit procedures will consider factors like temperature, travel time to accommodations, and departure schedules.”

“With particular attention to Typhoon Khanun's northward movement, meteorologists from the Korea Meteorological Administration are stationed on-site to provide weather updates. Additional measures, such as stage wire reinforcement to withstand the typhoon, have been implemented. Furthermore, we will follow the manual for facility adjustments and measures based on wind speed,” according to the statement.
