Celebrity couple Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil have split up, according to Liza's former manager Ogie Diaz.

The news was announced during Ogie's Youtube show on May 30. At the beginning of his statement, the vlogger-talent manager recalled the potential breakup started from Liza'a controversial statements.

Parang nag-ugat ito sa mga pronouncement o naging statement o mga nakaraang interviews ni Liza, never niyang binanggit si Enrique Gil," he said.

(Actually, it also reached me that Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano have already split or broken up. It seems to be rooted in Liza's pronouncements or statements or previous interviews, she never mentioned Enrique Gil)

He also mentioned that Liza also didn't post any photos of Enrique during his birthday which made the fans even more curious about their relationship status.

(Then when it was Enrique's birthday, there was no greeting online either. But they both remained silent on this issue. That seems to be the conclusion of most people who follow LizQuen, if they really don't exist anymore)

According to him, Liza decided to end the relationship to focus on her acting career in the US.

(As far as we know, Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano have separated. I don't know if they both want that, but what reached us was Liza's choice to focus on her career programming first, so there is no more)

Aside from the possible breakup, Ogie also shared that he is sad about the news since he's been rooting for the two for eight years.

People really change and they should be open to changes. Anyway, sana hindi totoo" he added.

(It's sad because I thought that during the time I was Liza's talent manager, their relationship is beautiful but I don't know, we don't know what will happen tomorrow. People really change and they should be open to changes. That's what I heard, that Liza doesn't want it anymore, Quen still wants it, that's why Liza is also the alpha girl. Anyway, I hope it's not true)

When his co-host asked if there was a third party involved in the break-up, Ogie simply answered ''Yan ang hindi natin alam."

Both Liza and Enrique have not responded to Ogie's statement.

With the release of the successful teleserye "Forevermore" in 2014, Liza and Enrique, better known as LizQuen, became a well-known loveteam.
