BACOLOD CITY -- Policemen arrested a 15-year-old boy who allegedly yielded three grams of shabu worth P20,000 during a buy-bust operation in Barangay 2 here on Thursday, March 9.
Police withheld the name of the target who is a minor.
Capt. Jonito Pastrana, head of Police Station 2, said the suspect alleged that he was forced to engage in the illegal drug trade because his sister is sick.
His mother also has no job, Pastrana added.
Pastrana said they are probing who recruited the suspect to sell illegal drugs.
The minor was turned over to the Social Development Center (SDC).
