ZAMBOANGA CITY – The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested a 60-year-old woman and seized suspected shabu worth P34 million in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Pang, Kalingalan Caluang, Sulu on Tuesday, March 7.
Nasang Jaiyari Murosad’s cohort, Al Bashir, was able to escape after a brief firefight with authorities.
She yielded five kilos of shabu in plastic sachets weighing five kilograms with a standard drug price of P34 million.
Suspect is detained at the PDEA headquarters in Sulu.
