Western Visayas’ target drug pusher falls in Negros city

BACOLOD CITY -- A man, who was in the drugs priority target list of Western Visayas authorities, was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 2, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental on Tuesday, March 7.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Negros Occidental identified the subject as Genebert Taco, 39, of Barangay 8.
PDEA said it seized from Taco 15 grams of shabu worth P102,000.
According to a PDEA agent, any operating unit can arrest Taco, as he is in the regional target list.
The PDEA agent also said that Taco was previously arrested by the local police.
