ALLTV signed an agreement with METV Pilipinas as it is set to bring onscreen a well-loved Asian hit series on primetime weekdays beginning March 6.
The partnership held recently at the Coffee Project Worldwide Corporate Center marked the first-ever collaboration between ALLTV and METV to bring the romantic-comedy series - “Hot Mom” to Philippine television to air every Monday to Friday from 7 to 8 pm.
“ALLTV strives to bring a different kind of television experience to our Pinoy audience and this partnership with METV Pilipinas is a great opportunity for the station to deliver this kind of quality entertainment,” said Maribeth Tolentino, ALLTV President.
Filipino audiences can relate to the hit Asian series featuring award-winning actress Sun Li as the 26-year-old lead character, Xia Bing, a quirky, goal-oriented fashionable lady whose life goal is to marry and have children only until she reaches 30s.
As she focused on attaining a work-life balance, her life takes an unexpected twist when she faced an unplanned pregnancy with her boyfriend, Yuan Bao played by Zhang Yi. The two were forced to marry each other, go through the parenthood journey, and discover life’s joys and challenges together with their friends and family.
Since its soft launch last September, ALLTV showcased fresh television experience to Filipino viewers by bringing fun, entertaining, and informative shows as it expanded its programming with a variety of shows for all ages.
