Millionaireasia is a publication and club formed in Singapore in 2005 that's intended as a networking platform for high net worth individuals in the region, connecting them to brands which cater to their specific lifestyle. The Philippines is the latest country where Millionaireasia sets its sights, and a grand launch was held in Okada Manila last February 16. No less than President and CEO Peter Tan flew into town for the event which was highlighted by a fashion show and a sumptuous dinner. He also signed a contract formalizing the establishment of Millionaireasia Philippines.
The Millionaireasia PH team is composed of Authorized Representative Johnny Chotrani; Project Director Engr. Angel Santos; Assistant Project Director Mark Edrian Comiso; and Creative Director Yhuong Botor.
The first project of the group is organizing the local search for Miss MA 2023, a region-wide contest for those 18 years old and above, who exudes being the ultimate icon for empowering other women.
Contestants need to pay a registration fee of SGD$100 but in turn they stand to win a prize money of SGD$1 million if one is adjudged the grand winner. Finalists will enjoy a lavish one-week stay in Singapore complete with Michelin-star dining and being chauffeured around town in a luxury car. They will also fly to Phuket on a private jet.
"MsMA 2023, which stands for Ms Millionaireasia, intends to publicise, recognise, groom and empower female superstars across Asia. It is a competition based on one's ability to promote the theme of the competition with her passion, through the engagement and support of her families, friends and followers (FFFs). The winner is awarded solely based on the highest number of votes achieved," CEO Peter said.
Angel, who is also the reigning Miss Philippines Earth-Water, clarified that " MsMA 2023 is not a beauty pageant. It is a competition for women with the best business ideas and are willing to be mentored by successful entrepreneurs. Candidates will also be subject to voting through NFT (non-fungible token) or the Web 3 environment."
The registration period for the contest will end on March 14, 2023 while the grand finals will be held from July 11 to 31, 2023 (after the quarter finals and semi-finals.) For more information, visit millionaireasia.com
