Pasay City receives Magiting na Lingkod Award


The Pasay City government was recognized with the Magiting Lingkod Award by the Inter-Agency Council for Traffic (IACT) on Monday, Feb. 13.

The recognition was held at MAAX Auditorium in SM Mall of Asia Complex and the award was received by Peter Pardo, Chief of Staff of Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano.

Pardo, in receiving the award, was joined by RR Salvador of the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO); Art Fortaleza, chief of the Pasay Traffic and Parking Management Office (PTPMO); and Ace Sevilla of the Tricycle and Pedicab Franchise Regulatory Office (TPFRO).

According to Pardo, the IACT recognized Pasay for its exemplary performance and invaluable contribution at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic in ensuring the safety and security of all Filipino road users.

Pardo said the Magiting Lingkod Award recognition was signed by IACT chief Charlie Apolinario Del Rosario.
