CANDELARIA, Quezon- A drug pusher who was previously arrested on drug offense in Muntinlupa City was arrested anew, this time for dealing P520,000 worth of shabu during a buy-bust operation in Purok 4, Barangay Mangilag Sur on Tuesday early morning, Feb. 7 in this town.
The suspect was identified as Marvin Guino, 26, a tricycle driver and a resident of Barangay Malabanban Norte, also this town.
Guino is a street-level individual who was arrested for drugs on October 1, 2020, in Muntinlupa City.
Candelaria police chief Lt. Col. Dennis De Leon said the authorities confiscated about 25.5 grams of shabu that has a street value of P520,200.
The suspect was brought first to Candelaria District Hospital for medical and physical examination before he was detained at the custodial facility of Candelaria Police Station.
The suspect is now awaiting the filing of charges in violation of Sections 5 and 11 Article II of R.A. 9165 at the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office in Lucena City.
