ISABELA -- A relative of four of six passengers of Cessna 206 RPC1174 that went missing on Tuesday here has asked the people for prayers.
Anna May Kamatoy has also appealed to online bashers to stop fabricating fake news and sending false information on the missing plane.
The plane departed from Cauayan Airport at 2:15 p.m. and its last contact with the air traffic controller was at 2:19 p.m. when it was within the vicinity of Naguillian Bridge.
Kamatoy made her appeal when she was interviewed over the local radio station in Isabela
Two of the plane passengers are Kamatoy's children, while the other two are her relatives.
Kamatoy said it is more hurtful that she and her family are being bashed online despite the heartache she has been going through because of the missing plane.
"Please huwag nyo na dadagdgan ang nararamdman kung sakit, kasi prayer lang kailangan ko, hindi iyong pangbabash nyo, hindi iyong gusto nyo magpasikat," an emotional Kamatoy said during a radio interview.
"Ang kailangan ko lang po ay prayer for their safety to come home," she added.
Meanwhile, the 5th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army shared some footage of the search operation on Thursday, Jan. 26.
The Tactical Operations Group 2 of the Philippine Air Force facilitated the air operations during the conduct of Search and Rescue Operations with the Para Rescue Personnel from 505SRG.
Searchers on board Huey II Nr 662 and PZL W-3A SOKOL Nr 925 were checking the coastal towns of Isabela for the plane.
On board the missing plane are pilot Captain Eleazar Mark Joven and passengers Tommy Manday, Val Kamatoy, Mark Eiron Siguerra, Xam Siguerra, and Josefa Perla España.
