Bea Alonzo on 'land grabbing' issue: 'Hindi ako magnanakaw'

Bea Alonzo finally opened up on accusations she stole the land where her farm now stands.

In "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," Bea admitted she got hurt hearing about it.

"I felt really hurt and upset, Tito Boy. You've known me for years. You can call me a lot of things but hindi ako magnanakaw. Unang-una, at hinding hindi ko gagawin 'yon sa mga kapitbahay kong Aetas because I truly care about them," she said.

As to her lawyer issuing a stern warning to those accusing her of such, Bea explained, "Masyado siyang mabigat na akusasyon. That's the reason why we had to address it."

She added, "Hindi naman natin maiiwasang may bashers, but this kind of accusation is different."

Bea then made clear, "Binili namin ang farm, 'yung property na 'yun 11 years ago, pinagtrabahuhan ko 'yon. Binigay ko 'yon sa nanay ko. Ilang tapings ang iniyakan ko para lang makapagpatayo ako ng ganiyan. It's something really sensitive to me because 'yun ang binigay ko sa pamilya ko at sa nanay ko. And my mom would always say ito ang magiging legacy ko one day. So siyempre, masakit 'yon."
