Kris Aquino took to social media to greet her mom on her 90th birth anniversary today, Jan. 25, as she gave an update on her health.
"Happy 90th birthday (birth anniversary?) Mom! ??? " wrote Kris as she uploaded a 9-minute video of family pictures and an emotional letter to her mother.
On Instagram, Kris also praised her mom for teaching her to be strong and for being the best role model in the world.
Kris revealed that she stopped looking for someone who would complete her.
"With all I've been through I finally see so much of you in me - what I'm trying to say mom is I am no longer looking for someone to complete me," she said.
Kris also said that she would take her kids to Disneyland dubbed "the happiest place on earth" so that her children would have happy memories amid her current condition.
Cory, the 11th president of the Philippines, died of cardiorespiratory arrest on Aug. 1, 2009.
